Most devices include a manufacturer verification code, and we source our products exclusively through the official authorized distributor or direct supplier of each brand.

In the unlikely event that a product has a manufacturing defect beyond our control, you are entitled to request a replacement. The reported issue must first be documented and verified with the manufacturer before a replacement can be approved.

7-Day Return Guarantee

At Basta Vape, we offer a 7-day return guarantee. You may return eligible products within seven (7) days of receiving your order without providing a reason, provided that:

• The product is unused.
• The product is returned in its original condition.
• The original packaging, accessories, and seals (where applicable) are intact.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are defective upon arrival:

• E-liquid bottles
• Vape tanks
• Coils (replacement filters)
• Batteries

Refunds

Once the returned product has been received and inspected to confirm that it is in its original condition and free from any damage caused by use or shipping, the return will be approved.

The refund amount will equal the value of the returned product minus any shipping charges incurred on the original order.

Customers may choose to:

• Receive the approved amount as store credit for future purchases, or
• Request a refund using the original payment method, where applicable.

Warranty Exclusions

The warranty and return policy do not apply to disposable vape devices ("Disposable Vapes"), except where required by applicable consumer protection laws or in cases of verified manufacturing defects.
