1. Membership

  • Basta Rewards is available to all registered customers with a BASTA VAPE account.
  • Customers begin earning points once they complete eligible activities as defined by the program.


2. Earning Points

Customers may earn reward points through eligible activities, including but not limited to:

  • Purchases made through the store.
  • Product reviews.
  • Order reviews.
  • Shipping company reviews.
  • Store reviews.
  • Successful referral purchases.
  • Seasonal campaigns and promotional events.

The number of points awarded may vary depending on the activity or current promotions.


3. Redeeming Points

Reward points can be redeemed for available rewards and prizes displayed within the Basta Rewards Program.

When redeeming any reward:

  • The required points will be deducted immediately from the customer's balance.
  • Redemption cannot be canceled once the reward or voucher has been issued.


4. Discount Vouchers

When redeeming points for a discount voucher:

  • The voucher is valid for one-time use only.
  • To receive the full benefit, the order total should be equal to or greater than the voucher value.
  • Any unused voucher value will not be refunded, transferred, or carried over.
  • Discount vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash.


5. Rewards & Prizes

Customers become eligible to claim rewards after reaching the required number of points displayed within the program.

If a listed reward:

  • Has been discontinued,
  • Is temporarily unavailable,
  • Or cannot be supplied,

BASTA VAPE reserves the right to provide the latest available model or an equivalent (or higher-value) alternative at no additional cost.

6. Prize Fulfillment

Some rewards may require additional time for procurement.

Prize preparation and delivery may take up to 30 business days after the redemption request has been approved.


7. Point Expiration

All reward points remain valid for 365 days from the date they are earned.

To ensure the long-term sustainability of the Basta Rewards Program and continue offering premium rewards, all points expire 365 days after they are earned.

A reminder will be sent before your points expire, giving you enough time to redeem them for rewards or prizes.

We recommend redeeming your points before they expire to enjoy the full value of your rewards.


8. Abuse & Fraud Prevention

BASTA VAPE reserves the right to suspend or cancel any points or rewards obtained through:

  • Fraudulent activities.
  • Abuse of the loyalty program.
  • Multiple account creation for unfair benefit.
  • Any activity that violates store policies or these Terms & Conditions.


9. Program Updates

BASTAVAPE reserves the right to:

  • Update the loyalty program.
  • Modify these Terms & Conditions.
  • Add, remove, or replace rewards.
  • Adjust the number of points required for redemption.
  • Replace discontinued rewards with equivalent or higher-value alternatives.

Any updates will be published on this page before taking effect.
