How Is Point Validity Calculated?

Whenever you earn new Basta Rewards points, a 365-day validity period starts immediately for those points.

Every purchase or eligible activity creates a new batch of points with its own expiration date.

Earning additional points does not reset or extend the validity of points you earned previously.

Do All My Points Expire on the Same Day?

No.

Each batch of earned points has its own independent expiration date.

For example:

• Earn 500 points in January
• Earn 300 points in March

Your January points will expire before your March points, even though they appear together in the same rewards balance.

Because of this, your available points may decrease gradually over time as older points reach their expiration date.
